More than 40 years after God gave Moses the assignment to lead Israel out of Egypt and into the Promised Land, the people lingered on the east side of the Jordan River with a half-completed assignment.  Upon the death of Moses, God called His new leader, Joshua, to re-engage Israel in the original assignment in order to finish what God had started.  As we re-engage in vision, the stories from the first twelve chapters of the book of Joshua will teach us how to be strong and courageous so that we, like the people of Israel under Joshua, can complete the assignment God has given us.
