Tuesday Ladies Connection (TLC):TLC meets at the church Tuesday mornings, from 9:15 to 11:15 am from September to May. We offer a variety of Bible studies on relevant topics and guidelines for Christian living. This is also a great time for fellowship with other ladies. Babysitting is available.
Studies offered during winter session January 12 - March 9, 2010:
"The Life You've Always Wanted"
John Ortberg reveals how prayer, meditation, fasting and other spiritual disciplines can bring you the fulfillment your heart desires. This DVD study is about more than what we should do if we want to be good Christians. It's a road map toward true transformation, compelling because it starts not with ourselves but with the object of our journey--Jesus Christ.
- Facilitated by Colleen Gartner
"Me, Myself, and Lies; A Thought Closet Makeover"
Words are powerful. Especially when the words women speak to themselves are not even close to the words God wants them to speak to their souls. According to Jennifer Rothschild, what we think about has a ripple effect on nearly every area of our lives. This DVD study teaches how to replace the lies you may have been telling yourself with the truth from God's word.
- Facilitated by Angie Simpson
